Safe, effective light touch treatments to help you have more vitality and live without pain

Book a Session with Steve Haines

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, Certified TRE Provider, UK Registered Chiropractor

I am a bodyworker and author who is deeply interested in pain, trauma and anxiety. Pre Covid-19 I ran regular clinics a week a month in London and roughly two weeks a month in Geneva. As of April 2020, all sessions are online until we come put of lock down.

I use education, embodied awareness and touch to promote health. Sessions are often relaxing and frequently surprising. Learning the skills to negotiate intense sensations and to be safely connected to your body is an amazing journey.

About Online Sessions

Online sessions are for Health Coaching, TRE® or Supervision (cranial and TRE). Health Coaching is an embodied approach to help change pain, anxiety and traumatic experiences.

Sessions are mix of body awareness, focusing and pain and trauma education. You will learn simple skills that many people have found helpful to find safety, connection and ease.

TRE® can easily be supported in an online session. You will need a yoga mat and to angle your computer screen camera to show the yoga mat. I will support you through the Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises.

Keep feeling and keep moving to turn off pain, anxiety and overwhelm.
